Kallan with Realm Planning was a dream to work with for day-of coordination for our wedding day! It is so important to have a day-of coordinator, but it is even more special to have someone that goes above and beyond for her clients! Kallan truly cared about carrying out the vision for my wedding - her attention to detail, responsiveness, and pure passion for what she does helped to make our day feel effortless! Realm Planning's sustainability mission really spoke to me and should be talked about more in the wedding industry. 5% of the planning fee went to the charity of our choice and our flowers were donated to a local retirement community so that they could bring joy to even more people! Kallan is truly talented at what she does and we would hire her again and again!

Kallan was the day-of coordinator for our COVID-delayed wedding celebration. She put our mind at ease throughout the entire process, asking important questions to us and our vendors that we had not even considered. We gave her some decorative items and a hand-drawn vision, and she made everything come to life. Every detail was perfect, and we can't thank her enough! She helped orchestrate an ideal timeline for the reception and was there to make sure everything ran smoothly from set up to break down. We could not recommend her enough and are thankful to have had her be apart of our big day!

Kallan with Realm proved to be exactly what we were looking for and needed! Since we had to plan our wedding from half-way across the country, it was fantastic to have someone on the ground that we could trust with all of the important details for the day. Our whole wedding day went off without a hitch, and Kallan was continuously managed the unexpected ebbs and flows of the day. Kallan was amazing! She went above & beyond what we asked throughout the entire process! She always made herself available for questions and was SO patient. Her attention to detail is also amazing - she had so many tips & tricks that made our day 10x better! She was also very transparent with cost and pricing & made the process extremely comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure she communicated our plan with the vendors, so we didn't have to coordinate anything on our wedding day! Kallan exceeded our expectations at our wedding. Not only was she extremely organized, she was beyond kind and brought our wedding vision to life. Realm Planning is WONDERFUL! We chose to do the Harriet Package and had a great experience. Kallan is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and professional. She is very knowledgeable in all things "wedding" and was able to offer very helpful insights throughout our planning process. Kallan made our whole wedding planning experience fantastic! Kallan was the very first vendor that we booked and I wouldn’t have done it any other way. She knew the venue inside and out (she had actually got married there too and it was a huge selling point for me!) and had great relationships with all my vendors. Kallan made our wedding such a breeze! She helped communicate with the vendors leading up to the wedding, she created a timeline and adjusted based on what was most important to me, and she was always available to offer her wedding expertise. On the actual day, she helped make everything happen so seamlessly - from setting up decorations, directing vendors, cueing the wedding party, delivering drinks and apps to the bridal suite, packing everything (in a very organized fashion) at the end of the night into my car, and all the little things in between. We are so thankful to have hired her and truly couldn't have had such a wonderful wedding without her!
